The viewing is when a project becomes real, and also when it is easiest to get carried away. Our method has one aim: that you decide with complete information, not just love at first sight.
Before you: the first viewing
Listings make things look better; that is their job. So we go and see every property before suggesting it to you. Wide-angle photos, the overlooking building nobody mentions, a busy road, damp in the back bedroom: everything the listing doesn't say, we tell you. About half of properties don't make it through this filter.
With you: a guided, translated viewing
On site, we translate the conversation with the seller or agency and point out what matters: the condition of the roof and window frames, the age of the electrical installation, the real orientation, the community fees, planning rules if you are considering work. By video call, the same standard: you guide us, we show you everything.
After the viewing: a calm debrief
That evening or the next day, we go over the pros and cons of each property together, with our view on the fair price. If a property deserves an offer, we prepare the negotiation strategy. If it is better to walk away, we explain why.
Good viewing support means shared enthusiasm when a property deserves it, and a frank opinion when it doesn't.
