When a property matches your criteria, we go and see it before you do. Not a courtesy visit: a real inspection, with photos and videos of everything the listings never show, the actual state of the roof, what overlooks it, the street, the noise, the orientation. You receive an honest report, weak points included.
Live video viewings
For serious properties, we arrange a video viewing: we are on site, you are in your living room, and you guide us. Open that cupboard, show me the view from the terrace, what does the street sound like? It is surprisingly effective for getting an accurate feel.
And the final trip?
Most of our clients come over once, to view the two or three finalists and confirm their choice. A well-organised long weekend is enough. Those who cannot travel can buy through a power of attorney: a notarised power of attorney allows the deed to be signed remotely, fully legally.
Distance is no longer an obstacle when someone is defending your interests on the ground. That is exactly our role.
