The Costa Brava stretches for around 200 kilometres, from the French border to Blanes. We work along it from north to south, and inland too, because the best opportunities are not always where you expect them.
The whole coast, from Portbou to Blanes
- In the north, the Alt Empordà: Llançà, El Port de la Selva, Cadaqués, Roses, Empuriabrava, L'Escala.
- In the centre, the Baix Empordà: L'Estartit, Pals, Begur, Palafrugell and its coves, Palamós, Calonge and Sant Antoni, Platja d'Aro, S'Agaró.
- In the south, La Selva: Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Tossa de Mar, Lloret de Mar, Blanes.
Each area has its own personality, prices and pace of life. To help you choose, we have described the main areas and their strengths.
Inland: often underestimated
Fifteen or twenty minutes from the sea, villages such as Peratallada, Monells, La Bisbal d'Empordà or Santa Cristina d'Aro offer character houses, land and real peace and quiet, often on a gentler budget than by the sea. Girona, less than an hour from most beaches, also appeals to buyers who want to live all year round with all the services of a big city.
And beyond the Costa Brava?
Some projects lead a little further south, to the Maresme near Barcelona or the Costa Daurada. We are happy to discuss this in our first conversation: depending on your project, we support you ourselves or point you to the right contact.
Torn between two areas? That is normal, and even a good starting point. One conversation, backed by real prices, is often enough to decide.
