This is absolutely a five star review for Acheter Malin (AM). Without their services we would not have successfully bought our holiday house in Spain. We are an Irish family with no knowledge of Spanish and not familiar with Spain. We approached Séverine in AM at the start of our property hunt as we wanted a house on Costa Brava but we did not know the area. She firstly pointed us to areas that best suited our needs as a family of three children and somewhere that would be suitable in and out of season. Séverine identified a few properties which we visited with her and she successfully negotiated a reduced price plus all furniture for the house we loved. Séverine and the team looked after everything for us including NIE and NIF numbers, setting up bank accounts, legal checks, transferring all services into our name, setting up alarm and WiFi among many other things. She was always easily contactable and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process when we didn't know how the Spanish system worked or the language. I can honestly say we would not be fully set up in our new home without Séverine and her colleagues. Even after the sale was completed Sabine has been there to facilitate entry to the house when we couldn't be there and providing us with tips about the area.
