The day on which the notarised deed of sale is signed

The purchase price of the property, with a minimum of €4,000 excluding VAT.
From the very first telephone conversation, I will assess the feasibility of your project free of charge. To start looking for properties, the advance on costs is invoiced when the search mandate is signed. The search mandate is a contract detailing my services and obligations. This sum of €690 is fully deductible from the final fees. The final fee is only payable if you are successful, when you sign the deed of sale at the notary's office.
Before
A study of your project based on your criteria, your wishes and your budget; prospecting of the local market and presentation of detailed fact sheets to present tailor-made properties.
For
Appointments, support and translation during visits, advice and cost projections, negotiations focused on your interests.
After
Management of administrative procedures: legal verification of the chosen property, preparation of the file for signature with the notary, management of name transfers for water and electricity contracts, etc.
